Finding Rest in Christ

The invitation to daily rest ✨
Hello dear friend,
I recently found myself deep in the Book of Hebrews, reading about the Sabbath rest of God, and having a moment in prayer where the Lord began to speak to me about what it really means to rest in Him.
We’re well into the second half of the year, and many of us are already dreaming about December; that long-awaited break where we can finally breathe. But what if God is offering us rest right now? Not a holiday, not a pause from responsibility, but a deep, sustaining rest for our souls, even in the middle of everything?
That’s what this week’s episode is about. And I believe it’s a timely word for anyone who’s feeling tired, overwhelmed, or unsure how to keep going.
Here are a few takeaways from the episode:
💓 God’s rest is spiritual and ongoing; and we access it by faith
💓 Resting in Christ doesn’t mean we won’t feel tired, but that we know where to go for strength
💓 Like the Israelites and their daily manna, we’re invited to depend on God every single day
💓 Jesus showed us the pattern: make time with God your source of refreshment

Before you go…
If you’ve been feeling burdened, discouraged or just plain tired, this is your reminder: Jesus sees you. He knows the weight you carry. And He is ready to give you the strength you need for today.
You don’t have to do it alone.
You can rest in Him. 💖
